Individuals and charities

If you are unable to raise a purchase order please contact us for a pro-forma invoice. Once we have received payment via cheque or bank transfer we will process your order. 

If you are an organisation we allow you to pay us within 30 days of the invoice date, otherwise we require a 25% deposit with the order and the balance of payment prior to the dispatch of the goods. In this case goods will only be dispatched once your payment has been cleared by us. Delivery should be within 3 weeks of order receipt. Prices may change due to circumstances beyond our control. Any price changes will be notified to you at the time of order receipt.
