All devices come standard with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, peripherals such as batteries, power supplies & keyboards have a 1-year warranty.

For additional peace of mind you have the option to purchase a warranty extension, this extends the coverage from a standard 2-year warranty to a comprehensive 3-year warranty package. This 3-year warranty also includes one free of charge accidental damage claim for each year of the warranty. E.G. Accidental damage can include screen damage and/or a cracked case.

Key Points relevant to the 3-year warranty:

    • One free repair per year – being the first accidental damage/repair required outside of our normal warranty that we see in any one year from year 1 through to year 3.
    • We will cover shipping charges for customers residing in the UK. If you move outside of the UK with your device and you need to return your device to us, it is your responsibility to arrange shipping and collection.
    • This extended warranty provides an extra layer of protection, offering you continued support beyond the initial 2-year warranty.
    • Devices are supplied with a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Peripherals such as batteries, power supplies & keyboards have a 1-year warranty.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

1.1 The Jabbla UK Device Support Package is exclusively available to customers who have directly purchased a qualifying device from Jabbla UK.

1.2 This package remains valid for a duration of three years from the date of the initial device purchase.

 

2. Covered Devices:

2.1 The Device Support Package covers specifically designated devices acquired directly from Jabbla UK. These are Vibe 10, Vibe 12+, Tellus 6, Tellus i6 & Allora 3.

 

3. One Free Repair per Year:

3.1 Customers are entitled to one free repair per year, for a total of three years from the date of purchase.

3.2 The free repair accommodates accidental damage or breakdowns outside the normal warranty, including mishandling, drops or unforeseen circumstances.

 

4. Standard & Extended Warranty:

4.1 The Device Support Package includes a valuable additional 1-year extension to the standard 2-year warranty.

4.2 This extended warranty ensures ongoing coverage against manufacturing defects, spanning a cumulative period of three years.

4.3 A warranty repair pertains to internal components failing through non-accidental damage.

 

5. Key Points relevant to the 3-year warranty:

5.2 This is applicable to UK customers only: Shipping charges will be covered for customers residing in the UK. If you relocate outside of the UK with your device and need to return it, you are responsible for arranging shipping and collection.

5.3 Devices supplied under this warranty are covered for 3 years against manufacturing defects. Peripherals such as batteries, power supplies, & keyboards have a 1-year warranty.

 

6. How to Initiate Repairs:

6.1 In the event of a repair requirement, customers should contact Jabbla UK’s customer service to initiate the repair process.

 

7. Replacement Process:

7.1 Repairs will be diligently conducted by Jabbla UK’s proficient technicians using suitable replacement parts.

7.2 The service encompasses shipping, labour and the necessary parts essential for the repair.

 

8. Exclusions:

8.1 Cosmetic damage that does not impede the device’s functionality is not eligible for repair under this service.

 

9. Transferability:

9.1 The Device Support Package is non-transferable and is applicable to the device as defined by its serial number.

 

10. Voiding of Service:

10.1 The Device Support Package becomes void if the device undergoes unauthorised repairs or modifications by a third party.

 

11. General Terms:

11.1 Your UK statutory rights are not affected by taking out this warranty.

11.2 Jabbla UK retains the right to modify or terminate the Device Support Package at its discretion and without prior notice. Purchased warranties with time to run will be fully honored until its scheduled completion date.
